You know you are a runner when you actually enjoy looking at frame-by-frame captures of elite runners as they run by. I loved examining each of their strides. But I have a question: How do they keep their pony tails from ending up in big, huge knots by the time they are finished? My pony tail would be a huge ball of tangled mess by the time I was finished running 26.2 miles. And those three ladies all had lovely long, flowing pony tails. Sigh…even their pony tails flow…..
