2Motivate uses Pilates to benefit an active lifestyle.  Pilates increases range of motion, circulation, strength, endurance, flexibility and posture while decreasing joint stiffness, instability, and back and neck pain.  2Motivate offers dynamic challenging mat Pilates classes, SPX Megaformer and Megacycle classes, and private and small group sessions.  All programs are designed to support athletic longevity and endurance in athletes of all abilities and ages.
